They’ve added Philips Hue outdoors for safety, and for fun during festive days: go orange at the end of October, red and green in December!

People have also taken advantage of how other smart tech “plays nice” with Philips Hue. So you can control your lights using any smartphone since it works with Android and Apple products, or control with your voice using Google home or Amazon Echo—as I wish all tech was!

This Philips Hue lights contest will give 4 lucky winners the opportunity to explore how Philips Hue can transform their home. Each winner will a prize package that includes a selection of 4 new Philips Hue lights for their home. The prizes include wall lights, ceiling light, table lights—there’s even an outdoor light strip. Some of the lights enable you to choose from a whole rainbow of colours; others are designed for soft or bright illumination. And there are a variety of styles in the prize list, including a Philips Hue Integrated LED Smart Wall Mirror.

  12. Having a stroke at 43 years old really makes you realize the simple tasks we take for granted. I have found the use of smart plugs has really made my life easier. I have really wanted to incorporate smart bulbs as well.   37. I’ve been follow the development of the Hue lighting for a long time but have yet to incorporate into my Alexa environment! I’d love to have the white A19 lights in my bedroom for when I’m lazy and don’t feel like getting up. Also, the Phillips Hue Play would be great behind my TV. Or my desk. Haven’t decided 🙂

  41. I would use the Phillips hue colour system white and colour A19bulbs and light strip at my parents house so they could have a more colourful holiday season. I think the house is a little too ‘white’ and know they could use it to cheer them up this season. What’s nice is that I think this lighting system could be used all year round beyond the holiday season. The light bars look like they could be used along their office desk wall so it won’t be so dark when it gets later in the evening.

  48. I would love to do my entire house with the white and colour A19 bulbs as well at set up the light bars behind my computer monitor and have them respond to videos and games!

  49. I currently have 3 Hue go’s and looking to expand. The versatility of the go’s is awesome as they can be positioned absolutely anywhere as they are rechargeable, you don’t constantly need to have them plugged in. Now that I’ve connected them to google assistant, the ease of changing colors and turning them off and on is just that much better.

  50. The Philips Hue Adore Wall Mirror would look very nice with the rest of the hue light products i have in my condo!
