What gives you a competitive edge: Aside from some important hardware, like a high refresh-rate monitor (144hz+) and competent GPU/CPU combo, the most important thing is making an effort to understand the game. Playing at a competitive level requires an understanding of the game’s underlying mechanics and what the win and loss conditions are. Then you think about how you can combine different elements of the gameplay to achieve that win condition. Next, you need to actually play and learn the maps and controls. Understanding how to win and play well are great, but if you can’t execute it doesn’t matter. TL;DR It’s a competent machine, combined with an understanding of the game and practice.

    Which product on Best Buy Canada’s PC Gaming page would you like to add to your current gaming setup: An ASUS Zephyrus Duo 15 or an HP Omen with 2070. My old Dell laptop is old and unreliable, not looking forward to working on it this fall.
