My colleague Billy calls his routine “almost neurotic” (His words not mine). On the Friday before game-day he wears his team, Seattle’s, colours: he calls it blue Friday. He has his Seahawks pants, shirt, jacket that can only be worn, and MUST be worn on game-day.
