If I had the Ninja blender, I’d whip up a banana-strawberry smoothie like I used to when my kids were little, with one or two fresh banana and a cup of strawberries I had frozen in advance. My daughter loved this with a splash of milk back then, but now that she is vegan I would substitute cashew milk.

  1. My favourite healthy smoothie recipe combines a cup of milk with ice cream, strawberries,bananas mangoes and pineapple.

  2. Mean green smoothie:
    1 cup almond milk
    1 cup frozen kale
    1 large ripe frozen banana,
    1 tablespoon almond butter
    1 tablespoon chia seeds
    Pinch of ground cinnamon
    3 ice cubes

  3. I will make my smoothie with 1/2 avocado, handful spinach, 1/4 cup yogourt, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 banana, 1/2 orange, 1/3 of a carrot, 1 table spoon of chia seed. and a tiny piece of ginger root. Delicious and Healthy.

  4. I would make a Hawaiian type smoothie. Half coconut milk, half oj, frozen bananas and mangos. Along with some fresh pineapple and a big spoon of vanilla yogurt.

  5. I will make a smoothie with two frozen bananas, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 2 teaspoons chocolate bibs and 1 cup almond milk. That’s my banana split shake! Yummy!

  6. Living in the Okanagan Valley I love to use fresh fruit in the summer time. For winter I use frozen fruit for the variety. I use one scoop of Lean fit whey, 1/2 cup of low cal fruit juice,1 cup of water and a handful of frozen fruit. Tastes great low in calories and so easy you put in as much or little as you want.

  7. A protein strawberry banana smoothie!
    – cup of almond milk
    -half scoop of vanilla vega protein
    -one frozen banana
    -6 frozen strawberries
    -half cup greek yogurt
    -chia seeds
    -ground flax
    -hemp hearts

  8. I love Saskatoon Smoothies using Milk, activia vanilla or blueberry yogurt, milk, ice cubes and frozen saskatoon

  9. It’s called Razzle Dazzle and tastes sooo good!
    1 c. frozen raspberries
    1/2 c. Frozen Mango
    1/2 c. pineapple, plus more for garnish
    1 c. coconut milk

    Mix altogether and pour!

  10. Tropical Fruit Breakfast Smoothie:
    1 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries I used a mix
    1 medium banana fresh or frozen
    1/3 cup raw coconut meat chopped (optional)
    1 cup coconut milk
    1 cup frozen mango chunks
    1 – 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple juice
    1 vanilla bean seeds scraped
    1/2 a pineapple cubed (optional)
    1 kiwi sliced (optional)
    1-2 tablespoons ground flax (optional)

    1 1/2 cups soy milk
    1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
    1/2 cup fresh spinach
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 tsp ground flax seeds

    Blend all together and enjoy!

  12. Vanilla ice cream and milk. It’s not the healthiest, and it’s not technically classified as a smoothie, but it sure is what I’d make for myself.

  13. Mine is very simple. One banana, three teaspoons of coconut palm sugar, a handful of frozen strawberries, and a handful of baby spinach leaves. Fill the container with 3/4 water and mix.

    1 cup of Blueberries
    1 cup of plain Yogurt
    1/4 cup milk
    Blend all together and enjoy…

  15. Banana -strawberry smoothie. 1 cup of almond milk, 1 banana, handful of strawberries, handful of ice and then for protein, add in some protein powder.

    2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1/2 cup of peeled frozen mashed banana
    1 cup coffee ( cold)
    Pinch of salt
    2 tablespoon peanut butter

    Mmm mmm good

  17. My favourite smooth recipe is Banana, Strawberry, Orange, Pineapple one we make in family size batches.
    1 banana (cut into 1 inch pieces)
    1 cup of vanilla yogurt
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    2 tbsp of frozen Orange juice concentrate
    1 cup water (or to taste – depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
    3 slices of canned pineapples
    .5 cup of pineapple juice from canned pineapples
    Mixed, divide into 4 cups and enjoy with the family.

    half a cup raspberries and one cup soya milk and 1 banana and tablespoon vanilla portein

  19. My favourite smoothie has frozen peaches, frozen raspberries, Lucerne vanilla yogurt, milk, and chia seeds. I put all the ingredients together the night before, keep it in the fridge overnight, and then quickly buzz it the next morning right before I leave for work. That way I have a really fast and nutritious breakfast to go!

  20. I like to make a banana berry smoothies. Half of a banana, 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries, 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1/4 tsp honey and 1/4 cup milk.

  23. My favorite is Skinny Pineapple Smoothie
    1 cup frozen pineapple
    ½ medium banana
    ½ cup crushed ice
    ½ cup vanilla yogurt (or greek vanilla yogurt)
    1½ cups fat free milk OR coconut milk
    Blend
