I once thought that making espresso at home was too complicated to get right. I love coffee when it’s done by a trained barista, and I know I am not a trained barista! I bought a very cheap espresso machine many years back and it just frustrated me. My attempts never hit the mark, never produced consistent results, and didn’t taste very good. Many of you reading this can likely relate to this experience.
