That’s one of the immediate advantages of the Oculus Quest 2: with no tether, no attached cable, you quickly lose yourself—the virtual environment essentially becomes the real world for you!

  1. I’ve never played but can imagine the amazing immersion into whatever game you choose to play. I would love to play the Accounting game and possibly some zombie titles.

  16. Love that this is wireless! Used something similar at my job where it played a video, you felt like you were actually in space. Watching movies and gaming on this would be unreal !

I would use it play games as everyone else but I would mostly be interested in trying how the fitness apps would work because recently throughout the pandemic I have got into the habit of self care and discipline and taking care of myself through fitness and so I heard from friends that the oculus VR really helps for anyone trying to exercise because you really feel the burn.

  21. I love the wireless feature that further it’s immersive experience. I’d use it for gaming purposes, and to occasionally scare my mom with its quality graphics.

    • I love the design and how it can be dual purpose – standalone wireless, or connected to a traditional PC. Oculus really knocked it out of the park. I would use it as a gift for my wife if I won. She is amazing and deserves a little escape now and then.

  23. I’m going to use it to play loads and loads of Beat Saber, as well as use Virtual Desktop to help me focus on work.

  24. I love the fact that it’s wireless, the headsets I’ve used in the past were limited by their need for a connection. I’d use it for gaming. Anytime I’ve used a VR headset the experience has been amazing. It would be so much fun to try it with family over the holidays.

  29. I think my favorite feature has to be the updated resolution of the display and it being wireless. I am most excited about using the bigscreen application. Will probably buy another unit if I win this one to watch movies on the big screen with my wife.

  46. I love the fact that the Oculus Quest 2 is a wireless solution, which would be incredibly convenient (I’ve tried the HTC Vive, and was always getting caught in the cables). My primary purpose for use would be gaming – Half Life Alyx is simply stunning and I can’t wait to give that another go

I was recently visiting a friend who has this wonderful product and I assumed he was utilizing it for games but when in fact he has been using it to work out during quarantine which is a wonderful sounds wonderful but I was a little skeptical at first but after trying it for next half an hour and I fell in love with it. This game me an idea for my mother who has advanced arthritis but still needs to stay healthy to avoid further. Degradation and how it could’ve a positive impact on her health as well. It is complete product that can used for family enjoyment while having positive impact on your health as well

  50. I like that it has warnings when you are leaving the play area, essential for energetic clumsy son to use for gaming.
