I like how the new Fitbit has the sensors to determine stress levels. Very neat!
The workout buddy that inspires me is my husband Todd. He purchased a treadmill and set it up in front of our entertainment area downstairs. I start my workout, he puts on a show, and keeps me company during exercise (which isn’t my favourite thing to do). Then we switch. Somehow exercise seems far less boring when we make it a date night.
