Entering this contest is easy, and you can enter up to four (4) times in four different places:

  1. In one comment below, tell us which Sony device you would love to receive for the holidays this year and how it would make your life merrier. Go to the Sony Holiday Gift ideas page on bestbuy.ca and browse your favourite categories (for example, Cameras & Camcorders) for inspiration! 
  2. For up to three (3) additional entries, create a public post on a social media channel (one entry per channel!) telling your friends and followers that you are entering to win a Sony prize from the Best Buy Blog; Sony Contest Best Buy Canadainclude the hashtag #SONYBestBuyContest, so we can find your post, tag Sony, and include a picture of the blog contest like that shown here. Then return here and tell us in a comment below on which channel you posted it and the name of your channel (since many people use pseudonyms) so that I can check and verify your entry. You can use any social media channel (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc) but the post must be public so we can verify it is there.

In total you can enter four times: once with a comment below telling us which Sony tech you would like to get this holiday season, and three times with a comment below telling us on which social media channels you posted about the contest using the hashtag #SONYBestBuyContest.

  31. I would love to receive a Sony smart TV for the holidays – in particular, the “Sony BRAVIA XR A80J 65″ 4K UHD HDR OLED Smart Google TV” looks REAL nice! Unfortunately my current TV is one of the very first Smart TVs that came onto the market, and it doesn’t have all of the streaming apps available to download. I would LOVE to have a TV that’s a bit more seamless, and Sony TVs are top-of-the-line TVs!

To make my Holidays bright, I would like the Sony 75″ BRAVIA XR Google TV plus peripherals this year, as I’m still using a (at the time high-end) plasma TV I bought almost 15 years ago because my spouse won’t let me spend the money to buy another high-end TV. Who can blame her; the picture may be fading but so is her eyesight so it still seems great to her! I’m certain an upgrade to a bright 75″ OLED screen will show her a “wow!” she hasn’t had (from a TV) in years, and when you’ve been married as long as we have (20+ years), you need every “wow!” you can get! haha
