Premium TVs begin with outstanding new technology

I get this question quite frequently on the blog and on social media, “I want to buy a new TV; can you tell me which TV should I get?” My answer is to figure out your budget and space considerations for the room where it will be placed, then get the most future friendly TV with the largest screen that will fit in your home that you can afford. Future friendly means best technology available. And this year is a banner year for new technology in televisions.

I am planning on getting a new set for my home one day. I have a budget in mind and a TV size in mind (65 inch). I haven’t decided which brand to purchase yet because they are all so tempting! Each of the top manufactures has released new televisions with outstanding new technologies that make the colours more vibrant, details clearer, and the overall entertainment experience much better.

Do your research and plan for your next TV

Buying a television does require doing a bit of research. This contest will help you do that so you will know which future friendly Premium TV will be right for your home. There are three television prizes, one from each of the major TV manufacturers, Samsung, Sony, and LG, as shown here.

  3. Samsung – Besides their well established reputation for quality and the stunning visuals with back-lighting for high contrast, the Audio Scenic Intelligence has piqued my interest for this year’s premium TVs. A smart TV that adjust the sound according to screen content is a wish come true.

    Dolby Atmos built-in to the TV gives great surround sound without needing any extra gear.

    As for the LG NanoCell TV I like the most, bigger is better, so the 86″ 86NANO90UNA is my favorite.

    a) The LG NanoCell technology sounds interest. The fact that it creates better colour practically at a molecular level, by using nanoparticles that filter out dull colours to enhance the purity of the colour spectrum sounds very unique.

    b) The LG TV model that interests me most is the LG NanoCell 55″ 4K UHD HDR LED webOS Smart TV Smart TV (55NANO90UNA). This model has the best feature set in their lineup at this size point.
