Turtle Beach headsets on whatever gaming platform

I’m sure many gamers would agree that the top two considerations when it comes to gaming headsets are audio quality and comfort. With the Recon 500, Stealth 600, and Stealth 700, Turtle Beach features fined-tuned audio drivers to deliver immersive sound quality. Every headset has an all around solid build, with a metal-reinforced headband and plush ear and head cushions that offer a comfortable feel for gameplays that last for hours.

Stealth 700 and 600 gaming headsets

The Turtle Beach Stealth 600 and 700 wireless gaming headsets let you enjoy lifelike sound quality for whatever games you play, whether on Xbox or PlayStation. This makes for an easier setup with no additional configuration.

The Stealth 600 and 700 use 50 mm audio driver to deliver crystal clear sound. These headsets boast of proprietary Superhuman technology to let you hear sounds even to the subtlest detail, giving you great advantage in every gameplay.

Plus, the integrated lithium polymer battery allows you to enjoy up to 15 hours in a single charge, to ensure you get uninterrupted gaming.

Recon 500 gaming headset

For gameplays without the worry about battery life, consider the Recon 500. Its wired design lets you play on any gaming platforms. With the dual-driver technology, it delivers rich and nuanced audio, by effectively separating low and high frequencies. And, it comes with TruSpeak noise-cancelling microphone that you can plug in and out, whenever you need to.

We sent Matthew Rondina a sample of the Turtle Beach headsets featured in this contest for an honest analysis of how they impacted his gaming experience. Read his review and watch his video on the Recon 500, Stealth 600, and Stealth 700 gaming headsets.

  1. The most precious game I played was Spider-Man miles morales and my favourite part about the audio was how you can hear the people talking, miles swinging around and npcs talking to you. The audio makes you feel like it’s real life.

  2. Replayed the Halo franchise on xbox with the girlfriend. She does not normally get into video games but the split screen Halo is a classic and we played all available co-op. Martin O’Donnell is a meme for his musical work on the series, come on, you know you can hear the Halo choir in your head right now

  3. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla on PS5 and the immersive sounds during all the special move sets were absolutely stunning. I have learned so much from this game that others pale by comparison.

  4. FIFA 21 on Xbox one as a true football fan! I feel like I am in the stadium and the cheers sound real

  5. Horizon Zero Dawn on PS5. The sound of the machines charging up for battle and knowing where they were in relation to your character just by the sounds was amazing.

  6. Red Dead Redemption 2 on Playstation 4 is my pick. Creeping through the woods, trudging through the swamp, or horseback riding across the plains are all completely immersive thanks to the incredible sounds design.

  7. PUBG on my xbox series x. I could hear the foot steps of people in the building next to me. Very immersive and impressive! Thanks!

  8. Gee… I remember playing Pac Man man in 70’s, on a Nintendo. And beep, beep, beep drove my spouse crazy lol lol but the kids and I had fun. Honestly I am only entering to hopefully win these fantastic headphones for my gamer Grandson.

  9. Just one game? Ignoring some amazing sound in games such as Last of Us 2, Borderlands 3 etc I’d have to choose Hunter Call of the Wild. It’s an older game but the call of the animals and the sounds as they get closer – a quiet grunt or snuffle in the otherwise peaceful wilderness is how I get my zen moment. (OK not the grunt sound, that gets me my adrenaline moment right before I run)

  10. I played Fortnite on xbox series x and the sound quality is actually really great with quality headphones. I could tell exactly where the footsteps near me were coming from, and the sound of my gun firing with proper bass made it sound heavy and realistic.

  11. I recently played Call of Duty on PlayStation 4. Catching someone trying to sneak up on you because of the audio experience is a feeing like no other!

  12. Zelda breath of the wild on nintendo switch! The music collection was lovely and so fitting, and all the little sound effects like for the koroks and stuff fit perfectly. Such good sound design.

  13. In Ghost of Tsushima for PlayStation 4 and 5, I found that the wind instruments in the music and the environmental wind effects as well were really pronounced. It gave such an incredible atmosphere.

  14. Call of Duty Black Ops and Call of Duty modern warfare on PS4. An awesome game with wrecking graphics; I like Black ops more because of the the game graphics and experience

  15. I recently played Assassin’s Creed Valhalla on PS5 and the immersive sounds during all the special move sets were absolutely stunning. Also, the soundtracks during the various boss fights were very immersive too.

  16. I recently played the Forza Horizon 4 racing games on my son’s XBox 1. The sound of the cars is so realistic, it is like being at an actual race track and that was on his 5 year old head set. I am addicted!!!!

  17. There’s so many games to choose…. but I would definitely pick: Hellblade Senuas Sacrifice.

I played on Xbox (and recently on Xbox Series X and also PC) and the game was designed for being played with headset! The different layers of sound… the voices, the audio cue… Perfection for sure! The audio really help the player understanding the mental state of Senuas 🙂

  18. Played Halo 5 again on Xbox in preparation for the Halo Infinite release. The gun fire, and hte music is excellent.

  19. It’s good for music games like DJmax on PC, makes you hear some beat you wouldn’t normally hear well without a headset.

  20. I recently finished Rose of the Tomb Raider on Xbox Series X. The sound quality is top notch but I found it especially helpful from a stealth focus, as the camera can leave you blind to your peripheral vision and the sound cues add a lot to the gameplay.

  21. Spider-Man miles morales for Ps5. The sound that stood out to me was during game play…swinging building to building… ned calls you. Also fighting prowler was a stand out too
