Turtle Beach headsets on whatever gaming platform

I’m sure many gamers would agree that the top two considerations when it comes to gaming headsets are audio quality and comfort. With the Recon 500, Stealth 600, and Stealth 700, Turtle Beach features fined-tuned audio drivers to deliver immersive sound quality. Every headset has an all around solid build, with a metal-reinforced headband and plush ear and head cushions that offer a comfortable feel for gameplays that last for hours.

Stealth 700 and 600 gaming headsets

The Turtle Beach Stealth 600 and 700 wireless gaming headsets let you enjoy lifelike sound quality for whatever games you play, whether on Xbox or PlayStation. This makes for an easier setup with no additional configuration.

The Stealth 600 and 700 use 50 mm audio driver to deliver crystal clear sound. These headsets boast of proprietary Superhuman technology to let you hear sounds even to the subtlest detail, giving you great advantage in every gameplay.

Plus, the integrated lithium polymer battery allows you to enjoy up to 15 hours in a single charge, to ensure you get uninterrupted gaming.

Recon 500 gaming headset

For gameplays without the worry about battery life, consider the Recon 500. Its wired design lets you play on any gaming platforms. With the dual-driver technology, it delivers rich and nuanced audio, by effectively separating low and high frequencies. And, it comes with TruSpeak noise-cancelling microphone that you can plug in and out, whenever you need to.

We sent Matthew Rondina a sample of the Turtle Beach headsets featured in this contest for an honest analysis of how they impacted his gaming experience. Read his review and watch his video on the Recon 500, Stealth 600, and Stealth 700 gaming headsets.

  12. I played Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War on Xbox One. It was amazing with the sound making it feel like I was right in the middle of everything.

  13. I played Rocket League through Epic Games on my windows pc which can be a bit easier with my surround sound headphones to know where you teammates are and if they are boosting or not. I can manage to not run into my teammates or opponents when I hear them coming. The sound makes me feel immersed in the game as there are 11 speakers with surround sound.

  14. Last game was Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War on Xbox One. Always a great immersive experience with a proper HT setup. Love the sound of the choppers and explosions surrounding me, making me feel like i’m in the game.

    • I played Fortnite on xbox series x and the sound quality is actually really great with quality headphones. I could tell exactly where the footsteps near me were coming from, and the sound of my gun firing with proper bass made it sound heavy and realistic.

  15. I played Company of Heroes 2 on PC it gave me an awesome, immersive sound experience. The aspects of the audio experience were the most memorable to me were the realistic vehicle and weapon noises, really transports you to WWII.

  16. I recently played Hollow Knight on PS4 and was amazed at how evocative and immersive the minimalist sound effects, character voices, and score were. They really captured the character of the world in such a beautiful way.

  17. Played Wheel of Fortune. Love hearing the clackity clack of the pegs, the dings when you guessed a letter and prize music when you win something big.

  18. I think all games when using headphones give off a better immersive sound experience. I would normally say a sports or racing video game benefits greatly from headphone usage, but to go off script, I’ll go and say Animal Crossing New Horizons, because why not? When using headphones instead of playing on the TV, you hear so much more. You can differentiate the noise your feet makes when walking over grass, concrete, or other surfaces. Walking on the beach you can hear the ocean waves crashing onto shore. And some of the K.K. Slider songs stand out when using headphones. TV volume is absolutely fine, but when playing portable mode, use headphones!

  19. I play Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee on the switch. I know its an old game but I gotta love Pokemon. I like hearing the different pokemon cries.

  20. Prey has amazing sound design and music. I played on Xbox One and the sounds the alien monsters make, along with the way the music swells when you enter combat, makes the game much more white-knuckle intense.

  21. Fallout 3 on PC and I was really impressed by the music on the radio as well as the dialogue the hosts of the stations conveyed and how they expressed it. I

  22. When playing Destiny 2 on Xbox, its the environment sounds that really amaze me. I can be so immersed in the game, with all the tiny subtle sounds that you don’t at first, realize them. I used to use a smaller sound system but when I got a pair of headsets (cheap) for the first time, they all came to the forefront and I realized what I had been missing by not having a headset. Thanks for the chance

  23. I recently played Fallout 3 on PC and I was really impressed by the music on the radio as well as the dialogue the hosts of the stations conveyed and how they expressed it. I thought it was really immersive because it made you feel like you were stuck in a long past decade that society was not able to get passed as well as the environmental noises that made you feel like you were in a nuclear wasteland.

  24. Playing the game The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on PS4, the audio makes you feel like you are at the real game playing the character, making the game feel like a real-life scenario – and I am just in love with the music!
