I used to commute. Pre-Covid my job a 90-minute train/bus trip each way.     • I would be listening to everything from jazz to old-school funk. My neighbours are quite annoying, they make all sorts of disturbing sounds in their backyard, I would to drown them out with this headphone.

  38. What will I listen to if I win? Some beautiful, relaxing love songs from some of the music world’s biggest and most celebrated singers, groups, and bands.

    What nuisance sounds of summer would I like to block out with these headphones? How about the sounds produced by loud car exhausts as well as the excessively loud music played by people inside their cars while they are driving. I’m sure many people will agree with me that these sounds are truly annoying!

  39. If I win a pair, I’d be listening to classical music, violin concertos probably. They are soothing and are wonderful background sounds for me as I work at my computer.
    As for summer sounds I’d love to block out: loud motorcycles and souped-up cars as there are quite a number in my neighbourhood, and the sound grates on my nerves.
