Could your home use another security camera? Perhaps you don’t have any yet, so then the answer might definitely be YES! Even if you have a few, could you find a place to put another one? Enter this contest and you might win a fantastic new smart home camera from ezviz. Your home would then be on its way to becoming more secure in minutes.
How many cameras do you want around your home? My answer to this question is probably 6—and I am half-way there. I have one on my carport looking down the driveway, one by my front door and one by my back door. But that is not enough for me. I’d like one so I can see my garden shed, and one overlooking my vegetable stand. Both of these are not visible from my home so cameras would ensure that I can keep an eye on them no matter if I am home, or at work or wherever.
I also don’t have any inside my home; my wife is not too keen on cameras in the house. There are many good reasons to have one in the house (for example, to watch the pets when you’re not home) but she prefers to keep the cameras outside. I think her “no cameras in the house” outlook might change if I bought the Samsung Family Hub refrigerator with its 3 cameras inside so you can see the food without opening the door, and see what’s missing while shopping. Of course that is a whole different type of camera—extremely cool though! (Learn more about this fridge and other smart appliances in the article “10 surprising ways appliance technology has changed to make your life easier“.)

i would love to have 6 cameras. one for the front door, another one for the side door, one for the shop door, one for the side door of the shop, one for the garage door and one for my bedroom.
About 5 cameras would do for me. The front-door, back door, and around the sides of the house for security.
I would love to have one on top of my garage.
I would like 4 for the yard and four for the house ideally to feel like we have everything covered.
I would like 6 cameras, one for each corner of the house and one each for front and back doors. I care for my elderly mom, and I worry more about her than myself. We live in the burbs, where the street is really dark, no street lights, so I worry a lot about harm coming to our house.
I would need one for the front door, one for the driveway, one for the side door. There are two patio doors, so one for each, and maybe one for the back yard in general. In other words, around the whole house. We also have people going around and looking in our bins. There have been signs that cars have been gone through looking for small change, that most of us leave in the car.
I need 5 cameras – front yard, back yard, living room, kitchen and garage. I think that should be good enough, to have more would’ve been excessive for my needs.
I would love a camera each for our driveway and our backyard. There have been reports around the community of someone going through recycling bins on backyards for cans and containers.
I’d have 5! If I could have as many as I want, I’d have 5. There would be one out front, it would be useful to watch the cars/front door. One in the living room, that can monitor the living room/dining room. One in the kitchen. One in the loft. One in the backyard to watch the yard. That would have all the angles I want covered, and would be very useful!
One outside for the front door, one outside for the balcony door.
6 cameras so that I can monitor around my home, shed, driveway, back area—and more!
I would want 5 camera minimum and 6 would be perfect
I would need 2 cameras, one for front entrance and one for the back.
4 cams. 2 facing away from the house and 2 facing towards the house. We have a large blind spot in front of our house because of the garage.
4 cameras to monitor the inside interior and exterior of my humble home. There have been some robberies in the area in the last few years and this would give me some extra piece of mind.
I would like 3 outside for the garage, patio, and entrance along with 2 inside.
I think 4 cameras would be sufficient. I’d place one each facing the front & back door, a third looking down our main hallway, and the last looking out over our back yard.
I think 6 would be good for our property. I would feel very secure with 4 outside and 2 inside our home.
I’m in a condo so I would like 2 for the front door and back window and 1 for the entrance.
8 cameras to monitor every entrance, pets and my senior mom when I am out
5. Every day someone new in my area is being robbed.
I would like 4 cameras so that I can monitor around my home, the backyard, the garage and my shed!
I would like 4 security cameras outside and 2 inside. The cameras would monitor my dogs and also to protect my property from uninvited people.
3 cameras, 2 for front door, 1 for living room.
I would probably need about 6 cameras around my home, two at the front and two at the back and one on each side. We live in a quiet neighborhood which is quite dark at night.
6 would be amazing, We could have camera’s inside and outside the home and the garage to protect us from burglars.
A few break ins in the area and I would love the security and comfort of knowing my home and family are secure with 4 cameras monitoring.
6 would be great. I could cover the entrances and windows, point one towards the boat docks, and as I am in a fairly remote area, also watch for varmints on the game trail.
Four cameras would be perfect for my place.
We would like 5. 1 would go in the shop, and 3 would go out side , 1 the driveway and 1 on the entrance into the house and 2 corners. This would be added security for me when I am alone, and peace of mind knowing our stuff is safe when I am at work. Crime is going up and there are more and more B+E being done. Thank you for this great contest.
4 cameras, one for the house, loft, chicken coop and parking space.
4 would be sufficient to monitor the inside and outside of our home. Love the idea of seeing what is going on.
Three or four would do the trick. A couple inside and a couple outside. I live in a somewhat isolated area so the cameras will give a little more comfort.
I would probably put up 4 cameras around the outside of the house and 2 more inside the house to keep my family protected!
We would need three or four. We are seniors in poor health and we would feel much more safe, secure and independent with these cameras in place, two for the outside and two for the inside. There is a lot of crime in our area and we have had things stolen from our property as well, so this would give us peace of mind and we can also monitor our property to see what is going on inside and out.
I would like 6 cameras so that I can monitor the perimeter of my home.
Just a couple so I can see what my dog is up to
Probably 6 cameras so that I can monitor around my home, my dog and see who coming down the drive
I would like 2 in the front for different angles and 2 in the back for the same reason. I live in the city and have had things stolen, like my car and also a break and enter into company truck.
I would love a couple of cameras outside the house at both entrances and a couple inside.
I would like 5 cameras to cover around the outside of the house.
I think 6 would be right for me. One on each side wall, one along the back wall, one along part of the front wall, the front entrance and then one for the garage.
4 would be great as that should cover our home and yard.
4 outside the house should do for an all around view.
I would like 4 cameras, One at the front door, one at the back door and two for the garage. We have some kids that do a walk around at least once a moth breaking into peoples cars and garages….
I would like 4 cameras. One for each side of my house.
4 outside the house
As many as there are corners around the house so all the area is covered. Smile
I would go with four – driveway, front door, side of house and backyard. Our neighbours recently had their cars broken into so the extra security would give us some peace of mind!
I would like 2 cameras. We live behind a new subdivision, and people sometimes wander onto our property! This would be a great tool to have to catch people walking onto our property line. We also have a pool in our-backyard that is locked when we are not here it would be nice to keep an eye on that when we are away at the cottage!
