Could your home use another security camera? Perhaps you don’t have any yet, so then the answer might definitely be YES! Even if you have a few, could you find a place to put another one? Enter this contest and you might win a fantastic new smart home camera from ezviz. Your home would then be on its way to becoming more secure in minutes.
How many cameras do you want around your home? My answer to this question is probably 6—and I am half-way there. I have one on my carport looking down the driveway, one by my front door and one by my back door. But that is not enough for me. I’d like one so I can see my garden shed, and one overlooking my vegetable stand. Both of these are not visible from my home so cameras would ensure that I can keep an eye on them no matter if I am home, or at work or wherever.
I also don’t have any inside my home; my wife is not too keen on cameras in the house. There are many good reasons to have one in the house (for example, to watch the pets when you’re not home) but she prefers to keep the cameras outside. I think her “no cameras in the house” outlook might change if I bought the Samsung Family Hub refrigerator with its 3 cameras inside so you can see the food without opening the door, and see what’s missing while shopping. Of course that is a whole different type of camera—extremely cool though! (Learn more about this fridge and other smart appliances in the article “10 surprising ways appliance technology has changed to make your life easier“.)

I would like to have at least 6, to monitor both house doors, 2 sides of the garage, and the back and front of the house.
5 would work for our house. We would love this because we live outside of town on a dark road. How great it would be to capture the wildlife and the humans up to no good!
Would love to have 4 cameras so that I can monitor around my front yard, backyard, living room and mud room. Thanks!
I think 5 would work for me. 2 outside doors, a shop, carport and down the driveway.
I would like to have cameras outside the house covering the doors as far as indoors not so keen on Maybe on the inside of the entry ways probably could do all of this with 4 cameras
My son is building a new home and could use a video security system for off hours protection
Five would do for me: one behind the garage, one between the garage and the house, one at the back garden, one at the side door, and one at the front door.
FIVE CAMERAS would be good. One at the front door, one for the garage, one for each side of the house and one for the back.
6 would do it for my property .The reg 4 plus two more for blind spots.
I could use two of these cameras. One for my front door and one for my back door. Why? Because I live in Surrey.
I still have the 2 large NewFoundland dogs for protection cameras would be good to see them in the backyard
Three would be enough for me. One front door, side door and backyard.
I think two cameras — one for the front door and one for the back — would be enough
Two would work for me…one for the front door and one for the sliding door.
Two would work for me…one for the door and one for the sliding door on the balcony
I would like 4 one on my car my from back door and inside.
My house was just broken into and this could have found the jreks that stole my stuff and the chick whom I think backed into my car the other day. Could have proved it as her. Thanks hope I win this
I think I could use 5 cameras.
I would like to have three camaras outside my home (front door, back door, & overlooking parking lot), as well as three camaras in our home (down main hallway, in home office, in living room). I understand that the vast majority of break-ins involve people already well known by police; – getting a clear picture of the thieves increases my family’s chances of getting out stolen goods back…
I live in a semi, so I’d love one in the front, along the side, and in the back, so 3! And If I could put one inside, I might want to keep an eye on my 2-year-old!
Just need two, for front and back yard
I think 3. front door back door and inside.
I would love to have 6 cameras so I could monitor each door and the front and backyard including my driveway area. We have had some issues in our area so this would be a good idea.
I would like 4 cameras to protect my home. One in my backyard, one in my front yard, one at the side of the house and one inside the house that we’d move around. There’s been several robberies in my neighborhood and not much of a security system around our home. The camera indoors would be used for security in a busy home where things have gone missing. This would be amazing to win.
four cameras would be best but I would even settle for just two. Just having them would make me feel like my family is safer.
My family would need at least 4 cameras, one in the front, one on the garage door, one in the back and one on the side of the house.
I would like 3 security cameras in my home
I think 4 would be enough. One for the front door, back door, and both garage doors.
5 cameras for me. One on each corner to see the perimeter of the house and one on the front door to see who is there.
I would think 7 would be good. Four outside and three inside. That should cover all areas.
I would like to have 5 security cameras so i can monitor my garage, shed and gardens
We live in the country – 4 outside would cover the entrances and gas tanks and 2 inside would cover the shed.
My dad could really use some security cameras for outside all along his driveway and the garage as he’s had someone break into his truck camper and also a garage break-in where thieves took all his tools. He gets anxiety when he hears noise in the night now & this could offer some peace of mind.
My dad could use 3-4 cameras, thanks.
I would probably need 5 for the outside of my house and garage to cover all the exits and entrances to provide the security of knowing who’s on my property.
I would probably only put them outside, two in the front and one in the back.
I’m thinking that 8 cameras: some inside, but mostly outside, would make me feel a lot more secure.
4 would be good. 1 outside and 3 inside.
we live on a dead end road in the country so we could definitely use security cameras. We would need four, one for each entrance, and one for the front and back yard. The yard one would also pick up some of the animal thiefs that raid our gardens.
At least 6, maybe 8 to keep my creepy neighbour from vandalizing and cutting down my vines and trees.
I could use 5 cameras, but 4 would do in a pinch. There’s the front-door, back-door, back entrance to the garage, and around the back of the house in case of prowlers.
I think 4 cameras would be great. You could cover all the areas.
I would say 4, one in front, one in the back same idea for the indoor ones too
I would sure like to hook up 4cameras in my home; kitchen, 2 outside in front &back and another in our parking garage
I’d want 3 cameras. Front/back porch and one on the driveway.
I’d probably need at least 5. We have a large property, and for proper security and peace of mind (there are an abundance of lynx and wolves out here), that would be perfect!
Hmm probably four: garage, front door, side window and backyard. Thanks!
I sure could use 5 cameras in my place to monitor my pets, my car in garage, and my 3 outdoor patios for extra security for sure!
I’ve been getting packages stolen from my doorstep so I’d like one around on front porch to be able catch the person (s)
WELL NOW..THIS IS JUST PERFECT FOR BACK AND FRONT YARDS….SECURITY IN SUBURBIA….CAMERAS …..ARE ALWAYS WELCOME…
Front and back yard, and 1 inside–that would be three–should cover everything!
I think four would be ideal, the front, side, back and shed
