I would use it while watching netflix
I would use this in the office since I’m sitting all day and use it for a mini break and get some exercise in at the same time.
My core needs help! As well I could benefit from arm definition. I would use it after my daily run!

My balance and core need some work.
I would use it at my office. It’s hard to get any exercise in there, and when I get home I feel tired. This would be the perfect spot and time.
The portability and ease-of-use features will enable me to take it to my HIIT class and incorporate into my core and balance training and I can easily take it to work and fit in some extra core and balance exercises during my work breaks. Terrific product!
