main-imageThe NFL season is about a third of the way in. Are you surprised about who is topping the leader board? We all have our favourites and want them to rise to the challenge this year. Are you doing all you can to show your support? Do you have a game day routine?

My colleague Billy calls his routine “almost neurotic” (His words not mine). On the Friday before game-day he wears his team, Seattle’s, colours: he calls it blue Friday. He has his Seattle mug that can only be used on blue Friday, a different mug that can only be used on pre-game Saturday. He has his Seahawks pants, shirt, jacket that can only be worn, and MUST be worn on game-day. And Billy insists that the reason the Seahawks lost in week 2 is because he forgot to wear his Seahawks wrist-band!

And Billy is not too different from many of the thousands of NFL fans out there. Showing team pride matters!

Well now people can even dress their Microsoft Surface in one of six NFL team colours: Seattle, Denver, Pittsburgh, New England, Buffalo, and Green Bay. After all the Surface is already a big part of the NFL. Look on the sidelines during a game and you’re likely to see players and coaches using a surface to review plays, access game day strategy and more. You can do that and a whole lot more on a MS Surface. Here are some of the amazing features of the newest Surface Pro 4:

  • Convenient tablet/laptop versatilitysurface
  • High contrast PixelSense display that reduces glare and eyestrain
  • Multi-touch
  • Fast 6th Generation Intel processor
  • Enhanced security with Windows Hello so your surface knows it’s you
  • Long battery life (up to 9 hours) so you can do your work wherever you are (even on the football field!)

So if you have a Surface already, then this prize will be great for you to adorn it with an NFL cover. If you do not own one, win this contest, wear the new official NFL Jersey you win and head to your local Best Buy to spend the gift cards you win—you may even get a Surface Pro 4 to go with your new NFL Surface Cover.

  1. I am all about the wicked display, my favourite feature is:
High contrast PixelSense display that reduces glare and eyestrain

  2. I love the fact that it is so versatile. Having the option to use it as a laptop or a tablet is fantastic.

  3. Convenient tablet/laptop versatility got to be the best thing. It is just inconvenient to carry or use a laptop. But, it is hard to get work done on a tablet. 2 in 1 is the best. And go Pats go. Pats number one!!!!!

  4. I enjoy the long life of the battery….I have 4 children here that take the tablet all over the house making the tablet very versatile…

  5. Would have to go with the long battery life. Would be a lifesaver while running between lectures at school.

  6. It is a hard toss up between the pixelsense and longer battery life. I have to go with pixel sense. Being a student everything is online; our course books , notes and even quizzes. So less strain on our eyes is a good quality for long term usage and reduced glare for reading course materials.

I would definitely pick a Eagles Jersey!

  7. My team is the Oakland Raiders, however since the are not an option, as long as it’s not those Denver donkeys I’d be fine with all of them.

  8. My favourite feature is the Convenient tablet/laptop versatility. When I’m studying or doing work, I need to use it as a laptop. but when I’m playing games or watching movies/tv it’s perfect as a portable tablet.

  9. Patience is a virtue I lack – it is the speedy 6th Generation Intel processor which caught my attention.

  10. I like the table to laptop versatility. I like using a keyboard to type because my typing speed is faster than using a stylus on a tab elect. A stylus is like typing with 1 finger.

  11. I like Enhanced security with Windows Hello. It will make the surface next generation tablet. I live in Toronto and I like Toronto team.

  12. I love the long battery life because I would want to take my surface with me to all my work meetings all day long.

  13. Perfect for note taking. Really helps when you don’t want to spend money on paper, and it is lighter to bring around than a bunch of binders full of paper.
