Microsoft is the tech we all grew up with

The first Microsoft tech I used was the Windows operating system in an IBM computer. I’m old enough to remember the transition from using a mainframe Unix system to a portable computer. It felt liberating and empowering. Microsoft made it all happen with tech that changed the world.

How to give the gift of Microsoft

Here are a few possible options if you have someone on your list who would benefit from a Microsoft gift. I will make three suggestions. Firstly, as a stocking stuffer, give the gift of a year’s subscription to Microsoft 365. As I said, I include all of my family on my family subscription … print off the image shown here, roll the page into a scroll, add a pretty bow, and drop it in the stocking! You know they’ll use it!

If you have someone in your family with an old computer or who simply needs a new one, then a Surface Pro 9  with slim pen 2, arc mouse, and signature keyboard could be the show-stopper gift that makes 2024 the most productive ever for them. I would love the opportunity to travel to another city for a sports event. If I could, it would have to be either a championship or an all-star game. However, I believe an all-star game is a better choice. Microsoft will send the winner and a guest to the NBA All-Star weekend where you will get to experience the best of the best on the court and have a ton of fun watching a game in which winning isn’t the main objective. You’ll also see and possibly meet some of the greatest to ever play the game. How to enter

Entering this contest is easy and you can enter in three ways. Read and follow these directions carefully to enter

Then return here and tell us in a comment below on which channel you posted it and the name of your channel (since many people use pseudonyms) so that we can check and verify your entry. You can use any social media channel (X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Thread, LinkedIn, etc.), but the post must be public so we can verify it is there.

So, my oldest son Dominic would love the Surface Laptop Studio 2 Z3G-00001 because he is extremely creative (both on paper and screen) so he’d be able to do his online creations and drawings easily on it. He’d also use the technology for watching his shows and video tutorials, as well as doing online gaming. The 16 hour battery life sure is awesome too!!
