    • It does play sound. It plays sound out of the closest strap to each ear. Or if you have Bluetooth earbuds/ headphone or just wired audio, you can plug it into the Quest itself. I have a Quest 2 myself and i think the audio is great. I hope this answered your question!

  6. I had an early Oculus Rift developers unit and was excited by the potential of VR. I’d love to try the cable-less version and to see how the tech has evolved. I would use it for gaming, Covid virtual travel and to share with my grandkids.

  9. Wireless technology and 6dof are key to VR in my opinion, that’s what I love about the Oculus quest 2! I’ll be using it for gaming and movie 50/50

    • Love that its wireless and needs to be hooked up facebook to join friends in VR worlds. I would play games and watch video, but tbh i have no idea what this thing is capable of. I tried a $20 one b4 years ago, and thought it was cool. Ill be floored if I won this. #fact

    • It does. The Quest 2 comes with the Quest 2, adapter, charging cable, a little booklet stating the Health and Safety warnings, another booklet helping you use the device, and a glasses spacer. Hope this answered your question!

    • You need a Facebook account for if you want to add friends to VR (I’m assuming, I may not be exactly correct.) You would need a phone for the initial set up of the virtual headset, and purchase of games if you want to buy games for your headset.

      No, the Oculus Quest 2 is not compatible with Xbox One. It works completely on its own (without the need to be hooked up to any other device) or with a PC when connected via Oculus Link (sold separately). However, it is not supported by any dedicated gaming consoles such as Xbox or PlayStation.
