I would love to use this vacuum to clean the entire house – because like you mentioned, the house has many different floor coverings, from hardwood, to area rugs, to shag (yes ’70s shag) carpet, to tiles, etc. So this vacuum would be great to give the house a really good clean from top to bottom.

The Dyson V11 Absolute Pro would be used in our entire home. This includes my office & sewing studio, a place where l’m always fighting an ongoing battle against fabric dust, tiny thread clippings and currently struggle to reach all the hard to reach areas. Due to my studio being in my home l have to vacuum almost on a daily basis because the fabric dust travels beyond the studio into my home leaving a fine coat of dust. The compact portable design of the Dyson V11 Absolute Pro would make this arduous task significantly easier and combined with its strong suction and state of the art engineering, l know it wouldn’t have a problem handling this task as well as cleaning all the surfaces throughly. Having this workhorse would dramatically improve my own and my family’s life on a daily basis.

I live on 23rd floor of a condo building beside a busy avenue where dust is a big issue. On top of that my 5 year old busy, inquisitive son keeps the place quite in turmoil. My bedroom has carpet and my living dining area has wooden floor. I will be using the Dyson in every place of my unit. My sister is a loyal customer of Dyson and I keep hearing raving reviews of her dyson. Due to the high price I am not able to buy it but would love it if I can win this contest
