KitchenAid Cordless Small Appliances

Have you ever been making cookie dough or were trying to chop something and you wanted to move your appliance somewhere in your kitchen you didn’t have a power outlet? Maybe you have a kitchen island that you like to prepare food on, but it lacks that power source that lets you use your small appliances on it. I think everyone can agree that it’s hard to be tethered to a wall outlet when you want to really get into cooking or baking, and that’s why the KitchenAid Cordless Collection is so amazing.

KitchenAid Cordless Collection, available in your favourite colours

The KitchenAid Cordless Collection is a set of cordless small appliances that chop, mix, and blend without having to be plugged into the wall. They have rechargeable lithium-ion batteries that are optimized for run-time and performance, and there is a light that turns on when it’s time to charge the battery.

All three cordless small appliances are available in your favourite KitchenAid colours including black matte, onyx black, empire red, and blue velvet.

KitchenAid 7-speed Cordless Hand Mixer

KitchenAid Cordless Hand Mixer

The KitchenAid 7-speed cordless hand mixer is a hand mixer that lets you stir, mix, or whip everything from soft to chunky ingredients. Thanks to the long-lasting lithium-ion battery you’ll be able to cook anywhere in your kitchen, and the battery will recharge in as little as two hours.

You’ll be able to make up to 4 batches of cookies on a full charge, and it runs quietly, even at the highest speed setting. It also has a Soft Start feature that brings the beaters up to the selected speed gradually so you don’t get a lot of splatter. It stands on its own by resting on the edge of the bowl.

If the battery is dead and you need to use it asap, all it takes is a quick 10-minute charge and you’ll have enough power to whip up a cake mix.

KitchenAid 5 Cup Cordless Food Chopper

KitchenAid Cordless Chopper

The KitchenAid 5-Cup Cordless Food Chopper is a foodie’s dream appliance. It’s easy to charge, and with a full battery it can chop up to 40 onions before you need to plug it in again. If the battery is empty you can plug it in for 10 minutes and that quick charge will give you enough power to chop up your dinner ingredients.

This 5-cup food chopper is the perfect size for anyone who wants an appliance that’s a bit bigger than the corded KitchenAid Mini 3.5 cup food processor. The cord-free design lets you chop, mix, puree, or whip anywhere in your kitchen, and the 5-cup BPA-free work bowl and two-speed settings let you mix everything from salsa to whipped cream.

KitchenAid Cordless Variable Speed Hand Blender

KitchenAid Immersion Blender

Out of all the cordless appliances, the KitchenAid Cordless Variable Speed Hand Blender, also known as an immersion blender, is the one I know I’d use every day. It has a removable 8″ blending arm and 4-point stainless steel blades to efficiently blend everything from smoothies to milkshakes or soup. There is even an included removable pan guard so you can protect your cast iron or enamel cookware.

The KitchenAid Cordless Variable Speed Hand Blender is easy to charge using the included charger, and that charger will work with all KitchenAid cordless appliances. It will charge from empty in 2 hours or less, and a quick 20-minute charge is enough to whip through a steaming pot of soup. On a full charge, you’ll be able to make 7 batches of soup at one time.

KitchenAid K400 Blender

Although it’s not corded, the KitchenAid K400 blender is another exciting addition to the KitchenAid lineup. You can blend smoothies, crush ice, make icy cold drinks, or whip up a dip in this 5-speed variable speed dial blender. It has a square, single-wall BPA-free jar and stainless steel blades.

Like the KitchenAid Cordless hand mixer, this blender has Soft Start to start the motor slowly and increase speed to avoid splatter. It also has Intelli-Speed Motor Control so it can sense what’s inside the bucket and maintain the best speed to blast through everything you put inside.

You’ll be able to take your smoothie on the go if you choose to add the 16-oz Personal Blender Jar. This blender has that sleek style you love in KitchenAid appliances, and it comes in a variety of colours including black matte, contour silver, passion red, blue velvet, and white.

Which of the new KitchenAid small appliances would you love the most? It would be hard to choose just one and in just one colour, but you can find all three small appliances in the KitchenAid Cordless Collection as well as the KitchenAid K400 Blender on Bestbuy.ca right now.

  1. I would love the blender the most. I have been making a lot of smoothies lately, and the blender I have is 18 years old…time to replace.

  2. KitchenAid Stand Blender with 16oz Personal Blending Jar is awesome. I love KitchenAid products and am looking to replace my Magic Bullet. I make a smoothie for lunch about 3-days a week. My go-to smoothie is Vega pea protein, frozen organic strawberries, mango, and oat milk.

  3. The cordless food chopper would be my choice. Believe it or not, I’ve been married for 50 years and have always wanted to have a chopper. Perhaps I will be one of the lucky ones.

  4. The K400 blender is the product I find most interesting. I could take it outside on the patio to make smoothies on demand for the kids when they are playing outside.

  11. My favourite KitchenAid appliance would be the Cordless Hand Mixer. Ours is corded, and, over the years, the cord has gotten shorter and rather annoying to use, due to becoming progressively more twisted on itself. I use ours to whip cream.

  12. My favourite is the Cordless Food Chopper because it makes prepping ingredients when canning our own salsa a walk in the park.

  13. My favourite KitchenAid appliance is the KitchenAid Cordless Hand Blender, which I would use to make pancakes.

  14. My favourite KitchenAid appliance is the Cordless Hand Mixer- I need one, and I’ll be making a beautiful chocolate cake with them..

  18. KitchenAid 5 Cup Cordless Food Chopper–would make life so much easier and having it cordless means not reorganizing the whole counter (which there isn’t much of) to find a plug outlet.

  19. Would love that cordless food processor as outlets and space on a counter is a premium! Good thing for making guacamole on the go!

  20. I have a KitchenAid Toaster Oven which I use everyday for toasting, warming, grilling and cooking small meals. It’s great! I’d love to try out the 1200W Stand Blender to make smoothies and oat milk.

  21. My favourite KitchenAid appliance is the hand blender (mixer) and the favourite recipe I make with that appliance is a no-bake blueberry cheesecake with Cool Whip and cream cheese.

  22. A cordless hand mixer would be super convenient in our tiny kitchen. (The plug ins are not convenient so this would make baking easier!)
