I know that Cuisinart has been creating amazing appliances that make our lives a little easier for many years. However, their new Cuisinart Griddler Deluxe is the first one that I saw and instantly wanted in my kitchen. Instantly! Read on to learn why and to find out how you can enter for a chance to win the sample we sent out for an honest review.

What can you make with a Cuisinart small appliance

We purchase some small appliances for a very specific purpose. With a Cuisinart coffee maker, we make coffee. I bought the Cuisinart Popcorn Maker shown on the right to make … popcorn! Other appliances we buy for their ability to serve a variety of purposes. So you would buy a Cuisinart toaster to toast, you would buy a Cuisinart Toaster Oven to toast, and grill, and bake, etc. The Griddler is one of those more versatile appliances that you purchase to make more than just one thing.

As you can see in the image at the top of this article, it can open up to reveal two independently controlled cooking surfaces. Each cooking plate is reversible: one side is a griddle; one side is for grilling. And each plate can be at different temperatures at the same time. I can see grilling some veggies on one side for the vegetarians in the family, and cooking a steak at a completely different temperature on the other side for the non-vegetarian in the family—me. The veggies and steak would remain separated since each is essentially on its own grill. And it can also be used as a Panini press: a deluxe panini press too!

The Cuisinart Griddler Deluxe opens up to your imagination

What would you do with a Cuisinart Griddler Deluxe? Personally, I can’t get breakfast out of my mind. I try to think of other things but this one word flashes past my mind’s eye repeatedly:

Bacon         … Bacon         … Bacon

and it’s all Shelly’s fault. She reviewed this same appliance sample that we are giving away as the prize in this contest. And she did a great job of showcasing many things that it can do but especially the breakfast possibilities. I love breakfast! Read her review and watch her video:

Now tell me you don’t want to eat breakfast—right now! Or perhaps for you it was the burgers that made you salivate. Keep reading to find out how to enter for a chance to win the Griddler Deluxe that Shelly tested.

  1. Grilled chicken & chipotle quesadilla with cheese & salsa and sour cream on top sprinkled with cilantro

  2. I would make oatmeal pancakes on the griddle, it would be great to have a constant temperature so they don’t burn, the first couple always seem to in a regular frying pan.

  3. I’d go out and buy burgers, eggs and bacon and cook them all up. Right now i have no simple way to do that

  4. I would do hamburgers or steak. The griddle surface will give some nice scorch markings on the finished product.

  5. Almost every other day my daughter ask for “Mickey mouse pancakes” this would help speed up how many I could make in one go for sure!

  6. I would love to make grilled cheese sandwiches with apple slices and Brie inside melting together and served with a lingonberry spread.

  7. I would love to make some grilled garlic chicken and then crisp up some potato wedges and bacon to make a unique potato salad. yum!

  8. The first feast I would grill up would be Cajun salmon with pine nuts and balsamic veggies with maple glazed carrots ty so much for the chance

    • I made some pancakes not too long ago for my nephews. They were made with chocolate milk instead of white milk and I threw in some peanut butter chips too. My youngest nephew even a few days later complemented on them again saying they were the best pancakes he has had…so I would make him more pancakes to put a smile on his face!

  9. Every Sunday morning my kids look forward to bacon and pancakes. I would love to be able to make them both together. I usually make the bacon first then the pancakes.

  10. Oh I love my Cuisinart small appliances. Best quality ever. Wouldn’t this be amazing to make toutons on.
A touton is a piece of dough that you cook and smother in butter and molasses. Just in case you were wondering.
