How do I make sure my gifts arrive in time for the holidays?

Before you order, check the estimated delivery date on each product information page. To find out where your order is, please track it on the shipping carrier’s website for the latest information.
Do you have a special holiday return policy?
Yes! For items purchased after November 2, we’ll gladly give you a refund or exchange on your purchases until Jan. 6, 2019 OR 14-30 days* from purchase date, whichever is longer. To check that your item can be returned and for more information on the return process, please see our return policy.
Because we’re trying to get items to you as fast as possible, there’s a limited window to cancel your order. On our desktop site, check your order status for a cancel link and if it’s not there, your order is already being processed by our team and we’re unable to cancel it.
Once you receive the item you’re welcome to return it in-store or by mail. To check that your item can be returned and for more information on the return process, please see our return policy.
Do your stores have extended holiday hours?
Yes! Starting November 19, our stores will be open longer for the holiday season so you have more time to shop. Find a Store >
What’s happening with Canada Post?
Great news! Canada Post has cleared through their backlogs and we’re back to our regular delivery times. We’re no longer seeing any delivery delays to customers.
To get your gifts in time for the holidays, reserve items online and pick them up at your local Best Buy store. Our stores are also open longer during the holiday season so you have more time to shop.
Are the any changes to your Lowest Price guarantee during the holidays?
We’re extending our price match policy for the holidays. For items purchased after November 2nd, we’ll gladly give you a price adjustment on your purchases until Jan. 6, 2019 OR 30 days from purchase date, whichever is longer.
Our Lowest Price Guarantee excludes prices on all VIP, Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales (Nov. 22-29, 2018), and Boxing Day & Week (Dec. 24, 2018-Jan. 3, 2019)
Can I buy Best Buy Gift Cards online?
We ship most orders in a standard brown box, but some items may be shipped in their original container, or have the name of the product stamped on the box. If you need to keep your holiday order a secret, reserve online and pick up in-store to cover your tracks!
How much does your shipping cost over the holidays?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 (before taxes, fees, and promo codes) that are shipped through Standard Delivery. On the product page you can see if it qualifies for free delivery. See our Free Shipping policy for more information and exclusions.
Why can I only reserve some products?
We carry thousands of products you can reserve online and pick up in-store, but this service is only available on products we carry in store. We don’t offer Reserve and Pick Up for Marketplace products, large appliances, or products only sold online.
