Each prize is great for making shakes and a huge range of recipes to help you add nutrition to snacks and meals throughout your day.

I have never used protein powders, so I asked for help creating a series of articles about Vega and was amazed that many of our writers had favourite smoothies and favourite snacks they make using Vega! Quite a few of them incorporated Vega into their diet a long time ago. Some of them are vegetarian, though you don’t have to be to want to raise your plant based nutrient and protein intake as part of a healthier lifestyle.

  1. I scoop coconut almond Vega Protein powder
    1 cup frozen pineapple
    1 cup cold green tea
    1 sprig of fresh mint
    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
    Enjoy!

  2. Would love to try Mixed berry or vanilla chai. I’ve bought vanilla, chocolate and coconut almond…hard to say which one is my favourite as I LOVE them all so far!

  3. A great recipe I’d like to make would be Vega One’s Waffle recipe ’cause I know I’ll like a healthy version of waffles.

  4. The flavour of Vega product available from Best Buy Canada that I would like to try would be chocolate. As far as type of product, I’d like to try Vega’s Snack Protein Bar – 12 Pack – Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup.

  5. My recipe:
    – 1 cup (250mL) of almond milk (unsweetened)
    – 1 Banana
    – 1 cup of ice
    – 2 scoops of Vega One All-In-One Protein Powder (Chocolate)
    – Blend! Healthy and delicious

  6. Vega Sport Pre-Workout Energizer Booster – 540g – Acai Berry. Every time I run out of this, I see a big negative in my energy levels when doing my cardio workout. Nice to see Best Buy selling these products and at a lower price than my local supplier.

  7. I would use it with half a banana, 2tbs of lactose free yogurt, 1/3 cup almond milk and half a cup of frozen fruit.

  8. Vanilla chai is a definite favourite. I use it with almond/coconut milk, carob chips, dark chocolate chips, and a splash of vanilla. Then blend with ice for an incredible smoothie.

  9. I would use the protein powder and blend it with a banana, ½ cup of milk, ½ yogurt, and 1 tbsp cocoa powder.

  10. My smoothie : Vega Proteins ad greens, 1/2 an avocado, 1/2 a banana, 1/2 a mango, chia seeds, hemp hearts, flax seed , choco nibs and unsweetened Almond milk.

  11. This is the recipe for my shake that I would add my Vega Protein & Greens Protein Powder- Natural to: 1 cup orange juice, 1 banana, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup frozen berries – delicious and nutritious!

  12. French vanilla all in one protein powder
    1 tbsp Ground flax seed
    3/4 cup 1% milk
    Handful of Strawberries
    1 Banana
    1 tbsp peanut butter

    Blend all together and drink

  13. Love ❤️ to try this recipe Banoffee Smoothie
    Ingredients
    1 scoop any Vega® plant-based protein powder, vanilla flavor
    1 frozen banana
    1 1/2 cups Silk® Original Unsweetened Almondmilk
    Pinch of sea salt (optional)
    1 Tbsp caramel sauce (no caramel sauce, no problem. Use one frozen date and one tsp vanilla instead)
    Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth. Top with graham cracker crumbs and cacao nibs to take it to next level greatness!

  15. I think I’d go with either vanilla or coconut almond, both sound mild enough that you could add other things, like fruit, to mix up the taste.

  16. 1½ cups Silk® Original Unsweetened Almondmilk
    1/3 cup walnuts, lightly roasted (save 1 Tbsp for garnish if desired!)
    1 frozen banana (or 1 fresh banana and 1 cup ice cubes)
    1 handful ice cubes
    1 to 2 Tbsp maple syrup (depending on ripeness of banana)
    1 serving Vega One™ French Vanilla or Vega Protein & Greens Vanilla or Vega® Essentials
