Are printers really necessary in 2018

As the digital age gained momentum, people dreamed of the day when the world would go paperless. Well it didn’t happen. We still use paper for many, many tasks. Printing and scanning are still very much a part of everyone’s life. Therefore, we can all benefit by having a great printer available whenever we need it.

We sent out all of the printers that we are giving away in this contest (Maxify MB2720, Pixma TS 6120 and 5120, Pixma TS3129) for an honest review from our bloggers. Each of these machines receive glowing endorsements from people just like you, who find that a great printer in the home is a necessity.

 

Canon printers are the perfect tool for a million tasks

Okay a million may be an exaggeration, but if you win this contest you will use your new Canon printer for a lot of different tasks. Scan your bills and receipts to keep an e-record of your expenses. Print reports and assignments with professional quality.

Importantly, Canon printers are great at colour printing! One thing that we all should do more is make better use of the photographs that we take on a regular basis. Today’s Canon printers are fantastic at printing photos. I know I don’t do this enough. My photos stay on my phone, and rarely get seen. However, when I do print one out, I am so glad that I did—we are visual animals and we capture these images to enjoy them. A printer like this would be ideal fr a student of science like me. between printing notes for class or sme artwork i’ve created on photoshop my printer is constantly in use but is failing and no longer works 50% of the time i new printer is just what i need to start this semester of uni right.

  2. I would love to win a printer! It would be used for a course which I’m enrolled in, beginning September.

  4. I would love to use this printer to be able to read one of my project and project ideas offline. Staring at a screen can be tiresome and eye straining. I am working on a story, and trying to program it into a mini video game right now. This requires a lot of planning and tests. I usually like to write many ideas on the computer, because I can easily navigate between tabs, windows and etc. After writing them I put them in my game and test to see how it run. If anything needs to be adjusted, I reread my ideas and review the story I have written for my game. The main use for a printer for me right now, which would be a tremendous help, is that I would be able to print out my ideas and read them on paper. Reading from paper, I find, allows me to see way much more. I can see more details and pay more attention to the text and actually focus on my OWN ideas, rather than having the risk of getting distracted by the crap mixture of ideas stirred together around the Internet.

  19. I work on my own hours, and my work is appointment based which usually takes place in the customers home. I have a lot contracts to go over with my customer and my current printer is slow and expensive to manage. This would be a huge help

I have so many pictures saved online but without a printer that A) prints good quality pictures and B) is wireless and allows for printing from phone, iPad or laptop, I rarely print and share these pictures with my family or our friends.
