How do I make sure my gifts arrive in time for the holidays?

Before you order, check the estimated delivery date on each product information page. To find out where your order is, please track it on the shipping carrier’s website for the latest information.
Do you have a special holiday return policy?
Yes! For items purchased after November 1, we’ll gladly give you a refund or exchange on your purchases until Jan. 9, 2020 OR 14-30 days* from purchase date, whichever is longer. To check that your item can be returned and for more information on the return process, please see our return policy.
Because we’re trying to get items to you as fast as possible, there’s a limited window to cancel your order. On our desktop site, check your order status for a cancel link and if it’s not there, your order is already being processed by our team and we’re unable to cancel it.
Once you receive the item you’re welcome to return it in-store or by mail. To check that your item can be returned and for more information on the return process, please see our return policy.
Are there any changes to your Low Price guarantee during the holidays?
We’re extending our price match policy for the holidays. For items purchased after November 1st, we’ll gladly give you a price adjustment on your purchases until Jan. 9, 2020 OR between 14 and 30 days from purchase date, whichever is longer.
Our Low Price Guarantee excludes prices on all 2019 VIP, 2019 Black Friday and 2019 Cyber Monday sales, and 2019/2020 Boxing Day & Week prices.
Can I buy Best Buy Gift Cards online?
We ship most orders in a standard brown box, but some items may be shipped in their original container, or have the name of the product stamped on the box. If you need to keep your holiday order a secret, reserve online and pick up in-store to cover your tracks!
How much does your shipping cost over the holidays?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 (before taxes, fees, and promo codes) that are shipped through Standard Delivery. On the product page you can see if it qualifies for free delivery. See our Free Shipping policy for more information and exclusions.
Why can I only reserve some products?
We carry thousands of products you can reserve online and pick up in-store, but this service is only available on products we carry in store. We don’t offer Reserve and Pick Up for Marketplace products, large appliances, or products only sold online.
