Tom Clancys The Division Title.jpg

Coming this March is Ubisoft’s next Tom Clancy universe game, set in a post pandemic New York City. You will have to face escaped prisoners, a militia mad with power, rioters and flamethrower wielding cleaners bent on burning out the disease that has ravaged the city. Not only will you need your wits and fellow agents to help you survive Tom Clancy’s The Division but you will also need the right gear, and when it comes to the PC gaming rigs you need, we got you covered right here.
What is Tom Clancy’s The Division?

Announced in 2013, Ubisofts latest Tom Clancy IP has hit the gaming world by storm. Tom Clancy’s The Division is a fresh take on the covert government agencies we are used to seeing. The Division is a set of sleeper civilian agents who are activated as a last resort to help restore society when all else has failed and in New York City after the pandemic hit things have just gotten worse and worse.  As a Division agent you will have a variety of skills and abilities at your disposal, such as sticky bombs, rolling seeker mines, collapsable riot shields, radar pulses and more. You will also have a huge range of guns and other equipment to help you in your fight for New York City. Even though the game looks and plays like a 3rd person cover based shooter at its heart it is an RPG and plays much different from other games in the 3rd person shooter genre. One of the most notable features is the PVP area called the Dark Zone. The Dark Zone will have the best loot the game has to offer but it will come at one hell of a fight. You will be pitted against the toughest NPCs the game has to offer in the Dark Zone, but the real danger will be when fellow agents go rogue and attempt to take your hard earned loot. With its huge open world New York City to explore and a fresh take on PVP with the Dark Zone, Tom Clancy’s The Division is set to be one of 2016s big hits when its released on March 8th for Xbox One, PlayStation4 and PC.

A Division agent is only as good as their gear and you don’t want to be caught in the Dark Zone lagging out as your frame rate drops and you are taken down to have your hard earned loot stolen, so we got a list of some of the latest and greatest gaming rigs available right now at Best Buy. We’ll start with some gaming laptops for the agent on the go. Another big thing to take note of is the new engine used in the game called SnowDrop and to get the most from it you will need to have a high end machine capable of running 4k graphics. For most PC gaming enthusiast this will not need much more than an upgrade but for some of us the time has come for a whole new rig or even if you are taking the plunge and getting your first gaming rig then this list is for you.
