Smart home technology is changing the lives of many Canadians. You can learn how at this year’s National Home Show in Toronto from March 10th to 19th. Best Buy custom-built a smart home at the show so you can see how the newest technology can add convenience, comfort and peace of mind to any home.

Smart home technology will breath new life into your home. At the home show, visitors will be able to try out many of the newest smart lights, smart locks and smart appliances from the most innovative vendors like Samsung, Bosch, Philips, Ring and Nest. The rest of us Canadians (I am writing this in Vancouver) can see a huge assortment of smart home technologies in any Best Buy store and online at Bestbuy.ca, and that is great! At the home show, though, you’ll be able to try out many products that have been installed in a home-like setting you can truly get an idea of how those products might help your life in your own home.

What you will see at the home show

The Best Buy smart home isn’t a display showcase of polished products in pretty glass boxes for you to admire. It is installed home solutions for you to try, experience, and get a clear understanding of how they work in a real home. You will understand which smart home technologies are best suited for your home. You will also see how easy it will be to begin transforming your home into a more convenient, more cost-efficient, more secure live space.
